A few points to note
Doors are open from 6.30am. (If locked, just tap on the window).
Sessions must end by 9am. Please ensure you arrive with enough time for your practice.
All classes are taught in the traditional 'Mysore style' (self practice) format of Ashtanga yoga.
New students unfamiliar with Mysore style, should join at 7am on their first session. If possible get in touch in advance.
Students with an established practice can arrive at any point within the session.
Sometimes we close for extra rest days, loosely aligned with the moon and other public holidays - see below for dates.

We want, first and foremost, people to be able to practice Ashtanga Yoga. Therefore, we try to keep an open mind to peoples individual circumstances. We are happy to offer concessions on request for specific needs and valid sob stories. Just come and chat with us and we'll see what we can do.
We're also happy to consider different passes for visiting students from outside Berlin etc.
