A FEW POINTS TO NOTE.....

* Friday Led Primary - once per month (ish) we hold a led class on a Friday morning instead of Mysore practice. Please refer to the schedule below for dates.
** Sunday session - once per month (ish) we hold a Sunday Mysore session from 10-12h. Please refer to the schedule below for dates

Doors are open from 6h30.

All classes are taught in the traditional 'Mysore style' (self practice) format of Ashtanga yoga unless otherwise indicated.
New students are requested to get in touch in advance.

For those who are unfamiliar with Mysore style, they should join at 7h on their first session.

Students with an established practice can start at any point before 8h45.

Sometimes we close for extra rest days, loosely aligned with the moon and other public holidays - see below for dates.
