Do you fancy stepping away from the Berlin winter for a week to do some Ashtanga Yoga in blissfully warm surroundings?
Then join Ian Cheney and Inna Costantini for a week-long Ashtanga Yoga retreat in the peaceful, lush setting of Purple Valley - Tenerife.
Each morning will offer traditional Mysore style self practice.
Afternoons technique workshops will follow as well as some delightful sessions of Yin Yoga.
In between, guests can explore the beautiful surroundings, head to the beach or simply lounge by the pool.
The retreat centre
The Purple Valley retreat centre at Finca Naranjas, is a very simple yet beautiful place, built with the intention to create a meeting point for Spiritual seekers. Built slowly over 30 years using volcanic rocks from the island, the rooms are all unique with their own distinct personalities featuring beautiful details and personal touches. Set right into the land with a wonderfully lush garden, Purple Valley really is an oasis in South Tenerife.
