KPJAYI Authorised - Level II

Michelle will be leading the morning Mysore programme for 4 weeks from 13th January to 6th February 2020.

Michelle started practising yoga and meditation techniques from the age of 17.  She made her first trip to India in 1999 discovering astanga yoga in a small beach town called Puni,  India. ​Later Michelle assisted and taught at Ashtanga Yoga Melbourne under the guidance of Karyn Grenfell from 2014 to 2018. 

Michelle has travelled to Mysore, India studying under Sharath Jois.  Michelle was blessed with a Level 2 authorisation from Sharath in 2015 and continues her studies in Mysore, India for 1-3 months every 12-18 months.

Drawn to the way the body and mind interact Michelle has also studied natural medicine, including massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, traditional Chinese medicine and anatomy and physiology. And also has a degree in Contemporary Dance.
